Cancellation Policy

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE (please schedule/Reschedule accordingly). Deposits will go towards your scheduled service. I charge a 25% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. *After 20 minutes of failing to appear, your appointment will be cancelled and you’ll forfeit your non-refundable deposit fee. To keep the appointment you will still be charged 25% of your scheduled service. ***If there are any complications contact your stylist to avoid fees or to reschedule. Disclaimer: Contacting stylist for cancellation does not 100% guarantee a refund or avoids the 25% cancellation fee. I reserve the right to refuse my services to anyone at any moment.
